Four stainless steel burners provide 60,000 BTUs, giving you plenty of power to cook anything and providing even heat all over. The heavy duty 7-gauge rolled carbon steel griddle plate stands up to the toughest jobs and promises years of use out in the elements. For easy cleanup, Blackstone has implemented their own patented rear grease management system to provide no mess, hassle-free operation. The easy-to-use control knobs provide precise temperature control, letting you create up to 4 temperature zones while also getting you grilling quick with simple piezo ignition. Protect your griddle from dirt, damage, and the weather with the included hood. This hood secures to the rear of the griddle and lifts out of the way easily when cooking. Two folding side shelves provide plenty of prep space, as well as a full length bottom shelf for storage. The steel cart features two caster wheels and two fixed wheels for mobility and a 20 lb propane tank holder. To hold your accessories close at hand, a magnetic strip is featured on one shelf and tool hooks on the other. A cart-mounted paper towel holder offers a convenient way to keep your hands clean, and the bottle opener makes sure you are always refreshed while tending the grill. The 36-inch Blackstone griddle cooking station can be converted for use with natural gas with a separate conversion kit.
